About CM@Risk

What is it?

CM (Construction Manager) at Risk is a method for delivering projects effectively and efficiently. The construction manager acts as consultant to the owner in the development and design phases, but as the equivalent of a general contractor during the construction phase.

How It Works

The essence of CM@Risk is that there is a triangle - the client at the top and off to each side is the contractor and the architect/engineer. In a CM@Risk project, the contractor and architect work closely together upfront to get the project designed and built in the most effective way.
