This 256,000 sq ft facility is situated on a 110-acre green field in Northeast Columbia, South Carolina.

When the project was initially bid, it was $1.8 million over budget. We worked with the owner, construction manager and architect to find cost savings through a variety of creative means. Because if this approach, we were able to get the budget back in line without sacrificing any square footage.
We pay strict attention to time lines and budgets.
